Please Read Before Playing

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "pak998" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the company operating the pak998 platform at pak998.club and all associated sub-domains and mobile web interfaces.
• "Platform" means the pak998 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, casino games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services accessible at pak998.club.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" / "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pak998 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the pak998 Platform, associated with a unique mobile number or email address.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's pak998 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by pak998 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, slot, jackpot game, or sportsbook market via the pak998 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pak998 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the pak998 Platform.

By accessing the pak998 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with pak998's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance is effective from the moment you tick the acceptance checkbox during the registration process or, where no checkbox is presented, from the moment you first access the Platform. pak998 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the pak998 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on the pak998 Platform that was terminated or suspended for cause.
• You are not registering a duplicate Account. Each individual is permitted one Account on pak998 only. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You are not acting as a professional player deploying systematic or automated betting strategies prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms.
• It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. pak998 does not guarantee that its services are legal in every location from which the Platform may be technically accessible.

To access real-money features of the pak998 Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested by pak998 for verification purposes.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading. pak998 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by pak998 may result in Account suspension.

• One Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is the maximum permitted.
• Accounts registered using false identities, fictitious names, or identity documents belonging to another individual are strictly prohibited.
• pak998 reserves the right to refuse any Account application without providing a reason.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any entitlements associated with it to any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. pak998 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must notify pak998 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• pak998 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your Account prior to you notifying pak998 of unauthorised access shall be treated as activity authorised by you.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• pak998 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers, but we cannot guarantee security against all forms of unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.

pak998 supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on the pak998 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and SadaPay are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account Balance. pak998 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within approximately 10 minutes following confirmation on the blockchain.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• pak998 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money Balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• pak998 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that it reasonably suspects are connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

pak998 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Abuse: pak998 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close Accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Eligibility: pak998 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

All Wagers placed on the pak998 Platform are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook market at the time of wagering. These limits may vary by game type, market, and Player Account tier.

• Wagers once confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify your stake and selection before confirming any Wager.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game round or live bet, pak998's system logs will be the definitive record for resolving the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical error, stakes will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance.
• pak998 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds or game settings that were published in error (manifest error). In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Winnings resulting from system errors, software malfunctions, or display errors are not valid and will be voided by pak998.
• For sportsbook wagers, the specific sport and market rules published within the pak998 sportsbook section govern the settlement of all bets. Cricket bets are governed by the applicable ICC and board of control rules as interpreted by pak998's trading team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak998 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on pak998 (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain and failing to report them to pak998 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or criminal activity.
• Attempting to launder money or use pak998 in furtherance of any financial crime.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 7.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak998 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account or to any part of pak998's infrastructure.

pak998 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all Player interactions. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, pak998 provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary Account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed. pak998 will close the Account and return any remaining real-money Balance after a mandatory review period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications displaying time elapsed and net wagering activity during their session.

All content on the pak998 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trade marks, trade names, design elements, text, and audio-visual content, is the exclusive property of pak998 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pak998 Platform without express prior written consent from pak998.
• Screen-capturing, recording, or broadcasting live dealer game streams or sportsbook data from the pak998 Platform is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak998 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pak998 Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, pak998's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pak998 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• pak998 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages beyond pak998's reasonable control.
• pak998 is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party game providers whose games are hosted on the Platform, except to the extent that pak998 has expressly assumed responsibility therefor.

pak998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pak998 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• The Player is or may be engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• The Player is under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to pak998.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under Section 10.

Upon termination for cause, pak998 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, Bonus Balance, and pending withdrawals in the Account. Where termination is not for cause — for example, where pak998 ceases to offer services in a particular region — any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak998 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak998's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

pak998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak998 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pak998 support to close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
